Upcoming Retreat

This retreat is for those who struggle with any or all symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, mild depression, and fatigue. If you struggle with going to sleep, staying asleep, consistent fear about possible future outcomes, the desire to distance yourself from people, and/or the feeling of constant burn-out, you are not alone. There is a reason why you feel the way you feel. You are divinely designed to be in balance. When you are out of balance these symptoms will appear in your life.  Come to this retreat and find out where your imbalance comes from.  Find out how to bring yourself back into balance so you can go back to living a full life.

Registration & $20 required to attend

Arrive at 1:50 PM on Sunday, January 5th to the event center. Go in the side door and grab a seat.
